  • What are the payment methods?
    We accept payment by credit card, debit card, PayPal and PayNow. For Payment via credit/debit cards, please check out using Paypal. Paypal is able to handle credit/debit card payment without having the need to sign up for an account. For Payment via PayNow, please check out using Manual Payment.
  • I do not have a PayPal account, can I still pay via credit/debit card?"
    Yes, PayPal is able to handle credit/debit card payment without having the need to sign up an account.
  • How do I pay using PayNow?
    Please check out using Manual Payment when placing order. 1) Scan the QR code below or enter our UEN number T18LL1421L. Ensure that Lush Pleasures LLP is indicated as the entity name. 2) Indicate the purchase amount as required. 3) Indicate the order number in the reference number field. For example, #10010
  • Is there same day delivery?
    Yes, we do offer same day delivery (Monday to Saturday exclude Public holiday) at a flat rate of $20.90 islandwide. Cut-off time for same day delivery is 3pm. Delivery time will be between 5 to 10pm.
  • Will packaging be discreet?
    Yes, rest assured it will be 100% discreet! Ensuring your privacy is our utmost priority. All orders will be double-wrapped and sealed in either mailer bags or boxes for maximum discreetness.
  • How long until I receive my order?
    Once we receive your payment, your order will be processed and delivered within 3 business days.
  • Can I request for self collection?
    No, we currently do not offer self collection.
  • What if I have not received my order?
    Once we have received your payment, you should expect the item to be delivered within 3 business days. Please email us at info@toybox.com.sg if you did not received your item.
  • What if my product is faulty?
    If your received item(s) fail to function, kindly email us at info@toybox.com.sg within 7 calendar days - with your order number, name, contact number and attached photo(s) of the faulty item(s). Video to be attached in the email for electronic item(s).
  • What if I receive a wrong order?
    In the event if a wrong item was being delivered, we will replace it with the correct item as soon as possible. Please email us at info@toybox.com.sg within 7 calendar days - with your order number, name and contact number.
  • Is there any exchange policy?
    All items sold are non-refundable or exchange once purchased.
