1. All items sold are non-refundable once purchased.
2. If your received item(s) fail to function, kindly email us at info@toybox.com.sg
within 7 calendar days - with your order number, name, contact number and
attached photo(s) of the faulty item(s). Video to be attached in the email for
electronic item(s).
Instructions will be given for a one to one replacement. In the event if the item is
out of stock, seller will inform buyer for replacement product or other
arrangement
3. Each identified defective is only entitled to 1 exchange. We reserve the right to
reject faulty items that we deem damaged by misuse, or due to incidental
damages at our discretion.
4. In the event if a wrong item was being delivered, we will replace the correct
item as soon as possible. Please email us within 7 calendar days with your order
number, name and contact number.
The return item(s) must not be used and should be returned in the original
packaging.
